Dr Mete Ucer

Dr Manhem Ucer dentist

Mete’s passion for cosmetic dentistry has led him to undertake continuous professional courses, both in the UK and abroad, to keep up to date with the very latest advances in dentistry and technology.

He has been praised by both patients and colleagues for his excellence in creating a new smile.

By using an interdisciplinary approach when designing a new smile, Dr Ucer often involves our in house specialists, providing our patients with the highest level of knowledge and skill.

Dr Ucer’s extensive post graduate training and observation of some of the worlds best cosmetic dentists has given him the knowledge and skill to offer fantastic smile solutions for patients unhappy with the appearance of their existing smile.

Mete qualified from Karolinska University, Sweden in 1995. He is a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD) as well as being an affiliate member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED).

Dr Carl G Manhem

Dr Carl G Manhem dentist

Carl qualified from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden in 1983. He became a specialist in Oral Surgery in 1994 at the University of Linköping, Sweden.

Before moving to the UK Carl worked in Sweden and Denmark as an Assistant Professor. During this period, he also attended several implant clinics and a private hospital as a consultant for complex implant cases.

His main clinical interests are Implantology, in which he has over 20 years of experience, Reconstructive Surgery and Orthognathic Surgery. Since October 2000, he has run Implantology courses at the Eastman Dental Institute and also lectures nationally and internationally.

Carl is achieving outstanding results with his focus on comprehensive interdisciplinary implant solutions.

Dr Gizem Seymenoglu

Dr Gizem Seymenoglu dentist

Gizem qualified from Ege University School of Dentistry in Izmir, Turkey in 2007. Following her graduation she moved to the UK, where she has been working in other private dental practices.

She is a certified Inman Aligner practitioner with a special interest in adult orthodontics and has achieved professional qualifications in advanced facial aesthetics at the Bob Khanna Training Institute. Gizem also has a keen interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment) and carries out treatment for patients at the practice routinely seen by other dentists as well as her own.

Gizem is highly regarded by her patients for her professionalism, and she has extensive experience in treating a wide range of patients, especially those who are anxious.

She is also a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and regularly attends international conferences on the latest advances in dentistry.

Dr Kylie Mouton-Manhem


Kylie has a very open and warming approach to her patients. She takes great pride in being able to achieve a comfortable environment for anxious patients and thoroughly enjoys treating children.

Her experience lies in minimally invasive dentistry, short term orthodontics and restoration of implants. She spent a year at a renowned implant centre in London and developed a specialist interest in the restoration of implants, and cosmetic dentistry.

Kylie graduate from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011. She followed this with a Senior House Officer post in John Radcliff hospital and achieved her membership with the Royal College of Surgeons in 2013.

Dr Z. Ali

Dr. Z. Ali

Ziad graduated from the University of Bristol in 2003. In 2006 he passed his membership exams for the Royal College of Surgeons.

Ziad is an experienced, gentle dentist with a relaxed and informal style which helps to put his patients at ease. He is passionate about dentistry and has travelled extensively to learn from some of the best dentists in the world.

Ziad is dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and quality care. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but has a particular clinical interest in the fields of cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and dental implants. Ziad regularly attends conferences both in the UK and abroad and is fully up to date with all of the latest techniques in dentistry.

Ziad's extensive training allows him to be able to offer a number of various methods for correcting crooked smiles. These adult orthodontic systems include:Invisalign,
Inman aligner and the Six month smile.

Ziad is also a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists. (BACD)

Our Hygienists

Jenny Bacon

Jenny Bacon hygienist

Jenny qualified in 1986 as a hygienist at Glasgow Dental Hospital.  After qualifying she worked at the Periodontal Department of the hospital and then returned south to take up a post at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, Portsmouth.  Her work included orthodontic patients, oral surgery, inpatient and outpatient clinics and of course general hygiene patients.

Over several years, she continued to work in various general practices and undertook further qualifications which enabled her to take impressions, fit crowns and give both local infiltration and ID block anaesthesia.

Jenny joined Notley Dental Care in 2008 and also works at the Heath Dental Suite, in Fleet, where she works alongside a Periodontist (gum specialist). Jenny continues to enjoy the challenges that working with patients with severe gum conditions brings.

Lucy Rogers

Lucy qualified as a hygienist in 1981 at the Royal Army Dental Corps training centre in Aldershot and completed her Royal Society for Health Diploma in Dental Health in 1982. She then served 4 years in the Army as a hygienist which she greatly enjoyed.

Lucy has worked at the Kingsclere Dental Practice in Alton for 29 years and has recently started treating patients at the Lakeside Dental Practice in Godalming and the Holistic Practice in Farnham as well as with us here at Notley Dental Care.

Lucy also works for a furniture auction house in Farnham and is a professional dog walker! In her spare time her hobbies include dog training and dog psychology, sewing home furnishings and her big passion, amateur dramatics.

Our Dental Therapist

Samantha Hill

Samantha qualified as a Dental Nurse in December 2008 before completing her BSc (hons) Degree in Dental Hygiene/Therapy in May 2011.

The varied role of a Dental Therapist involves carrying out fillings and other treatments as well as working with periodontal patients and helping them to improve their oral hygiene.

Since qualifying Samantha has completed further training in facial aesthetics enabling her to carry out Tooth Whitening and Facial Aesthetic treatments. She also works as a Dental Therapist at a practice in Tangmere.

Camellia Geremias

Cam graduated from the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy receiving a BSc (hons) in Dental Hygiene and Therapy.

Having recently joined our team Camellia can carry out both Hygienist services and Restorative treatments. She is very popular with our patients and also is also trained in all types of tooth whitening.

Camellia lives in the Hampshire area and also works in two other practices.

Our Dental Nurses

Zhila Almazi

Zhila has been nursing since 2011. She is registered with the General Dental Council and has worked with specialists in areas such as Endodontics, Orthodontics and Implantology. Her enthusiasm and care for our patients has made her also under take additional training in Patient Care, Impression courses and First Aid.

Zhila is currently having Invisalign treatment at the clinic and is really excited to show our patients the improvements this has made to her smile. She likes to spend time with her family and friends and to keep fit at the local gym.

Vasilica is one of our Trainee Nurses who is currently attending College training to become a qualified nurse. She has her background in health care and is a very dedicated team member.

Victoria House

Victoria joined Notley Dental Care as a receptionist in March 2011, following her return to work after starting her family.

She qualified as a dental nurse in 2008 after joining the profession in 2005. Victoria has also completed her Introductory Certificate in Dental Practice Management and feels that this, along with her clinical knowledge, means that she can give our patients the highest level of professionalism and care.
